Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Dermoid cyst less than 5cm does not cause problems during pregnancy or to conceive. Please do have regular checkups with your consulting gynecologist. It is necessary to regularise the periods for effective ovulation. Healthy eggs increase the chance to conceive in a favorable environment based on the uterine lining.

Healthy lifestyle changes will be beneficial to control the weight and also further increase in the size of cysts.

Medicines like Varunadi Kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Divya Kanchanar Guggulu - 2tablets twice daily before food and Raja pravartani vati - 2tablets after food twice daily can be taken for a month and then review.

Include berries, horsegram, garlic, turmeric, ginger, olive oil and fiber, complex carbohydrates. Reduce excess refined flour, oil, salt, sugar and fried food. Reduce oestrogen foods like mustard greens, soya, broccoli, meat and dairy products. Yogasanas like Matsyasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, Bhujangasana and Dhanurasana will be beneficial. Please do have regular checkups.
