Dermoid cyst, polycystic overy

I am 25 yrs old & have married since 1.5 yrs. I want to concieve now, I was having irregular periods, dr gyn told me that my left ovary is covered by dermoid cyst 5.5cm, and right ovary is polycystic, she suggested me to remove left ovary, kindly help if there is any solution for this both problems, my hormonal reports & thyroid reports are normal
