Your complaint is not major and there is no relation between nightfall and weaknes. As this is psychological feels, you can have proper kowledge regarding this.

sir plz muzhe ye batayein ki me 4-5 saal se hasthmathun kar raha hoon . meri height 5' 9" hai khaya piya body par nahi lagta hai aur month me 3-4 baar tak nightfall ho jata hai morning me uthte he chipchipa paani apne aap aa jata hai is wajhe se me bahut depression me rehta hoon .plz muzhe ye btaye ki mujhe sexual problem hai kya.

nightfall door karne ke leye 1 ratt me doodh nahi peyo,2 gyada garm khana nahi khao, 3 sone se 3 hrs pehle khana khao, 4 gande vichar films nahi dekho,5 pait kam karo,6 underwear /pajama loose pehan kar sleep karo 6 6hrs se jyada sleep nhai karo, 7 garam cheezey like lehsun, egg,red mirch,tea,etc nahi kao 100% sure u will getredoff
