Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Livomap tablet can be taken with Panchasava which will help to improve the digestion. You can consume normal healthy food with less fat which will be easy for the metabolism. Include asafoetida, ginger, garlic, pepper, kiwi fruit, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and gooseberry. Reduce cold refrigerated, hot, spicy foods, excess sweets, tea, coffee, carbonated beverages and oily foods. Yogasanas like Marjaryasana, Trikonasana, Vajrasana, Paschimottasana, Pavanamuktasana, Dhanurasana, Savasana and Navasana are beneficial which will help to improve the digestion. Pranayamam and meditation will be beneficial to improve the overall general health. Good sleep and rest will also enhance a better metabolism and good energy levels.
