I am a boy of 18 yrs old suffering from huge digestive problem, irregular bowel movements , constipation . I have no bp or diabetes. I have past history of jaundice several times.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Jaundice is seen commonly due to viral infection or due to a block in the duct due to gall stones. So it is treated based on the cause. Please let me know the history with investigations to guide you further I shall suggest some basic medicines to improve the metabolism and the function of the liver.

Medicines like Sarva kalpa kwath - 15ml of kasayam with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Detoxhills kit can be taken for a month and reviewed.

Eat easily digestable food fresh cooked food. Include ginger, curry leaf, sweet potatoes, beet root, spinach, jaggery, pomegranate, lentils, drumstick leaves, dal beet root, spinach, phyllanthus niruri, cumin, bottle gourd, turmeric and cinnamon. Avoid excess cold refrigerated foods, sweet, salt, fried fatty foods and refined flour. Try to control your weight by following healthy lifestyle changes. Yogasanas like Marjaryasana, Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, Matsyendrasana, Janusirsasana, Paschimottasana, Halasana, Shalabhasana and Navasana are beneficial.

Hello Doctor, I am 29 male married with 5:7 height and weight fluctuate 53-55 kgs.
