my mother (age-56) is having problem in standing & sitting.
she has hashimoto's hypothyrodites from last 18 years.
from last 5 years her back pain gone worst.
she is taking hoeopathic medicene+ physio therepy.
i asked doctor abt sarvangasan. but doctor is not familier with yoga. So she didn't suggested me.
i surfed internet & found that in spondilosis "makarasan" helps.
so then i tried "makarasana" on her, she got some relif, then i tried little hard "bhujangasana" but problem increased.
so can I try "Sarvanagasana" on her?
(she don't like allpathic medecene so from last 12 years she is only on homeopathic medecene+ altroxin for thryroid)
