Respected sir, i m a 36 years old male from two month before i feel that i don’t have more erection as before I had perhaps in these days i was also tensed , when i take Tazzel 10 i got more but also have a little headache so i don’t want to use that medicine so plz suggest me how can I back in my good life

Since erectile dysfunction is related with body-mind disorder where there is no 100% cure for the same complaint.

But it can be easily controllable by alternative therapies such as Ayurveda, yoga and meditation etc. Though there are many myths and wrong concepts which may scare the individual. So one should understand the concept and the management is done with the combined alternative therapies.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is when a man has trouble getting or keeping an erection. ED becomes more common as you get older. But male sexual dysfunction is not a natural part of aging and some times it is of purely anxiety related.

In Ayurveda, it can be considered as “Apana Vata Vikruthi”
