Hello doctor m 32 yrs male married.. from last couple of months i m facing problem of erection of my penis..it erects but cant sustain it for longer time..this is makinhg my sexual life worst..n couldnt satify my parter as i ejaculate earlyn my penis is also not erecting properlt.. please suggest me proper medicine to recover back my sexual power

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello, Erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation is the term used for inability of male partner to maintain the penile erection for longer time while sexual activity. Hormonal disturbance or psychological disturbance are considered main reasons for premature ejaculation. Ayurvedic medicines recommended for 3 months are- 1.Musli powder or hypower musli-1 tablet thrice a day with luke warm milk 2.Ashwagandha leh- 1 tablespoon before meals twice a day. 3.Atirasadi churan- 1 tablespoon twice a day after meals with luke warm milk. 4.Vyas Kaunch beej churan - 1 tablespoon twice a day with luke warm milk after meals. 5.Vigrx oil- apply locally half an hour before sexual activity and massage gently. Yogic exercises like bhujangasan, dhanurasan, padmasan, hasthpada asan, vajrasan are recommended as they increase the blood flow to penis. Pranayam like kapalbhatti, anulom vilom,bhastrika helps in relaxing the body and mind.

Erection problems are seen in those with stress, harmonal changes and a poor circulation. So lifestyle changes including healthy diet, exercise, pranayamam and meditation will be beneficial.

Ayurvedic medicines like Divya Aswashila capsule and Narasimha Rasayanam - 1tsp before food twice daily can be taken daily for 3months and then reviewed. Stay on oil can be applied over the penis with a gentle massage.

Include almonds, dates, meat soup, nut meg, ginger, asparagus, coriander, basil, cinnamon, garlic and red capsicum. Reduce excess caffeine, pungent foods, canned foods,sugar, salt, spicy foods and oil. Practice Yogasanas like Navasana, Utkadasna, Paschimottasana, Padahastasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana, Uthithapadasana, Bhujangasana, Gomukhasana, Janushirasana and Trikonasana which are beneficial.
