hello sir,meri mother ki age 59 years hai. pichle 1 year se u.s.a main hai.u.s.a jane ke baad unki eyes problem suru ho gayi hai.doctor ka kehna hai ki eyes dry ho gayi hain.medicens bhi le rahe hain lekin koyi asar nahi ho raha.eyes mein dard hota hai,1/2 minute se jayada khuli nahi rekh sakti,kabhi-2 eyes mein khujli bhi hoti hai,thodi time eyes khuli rekhe to eyes mein aur head main bhi pain hone lagta hai.sir ye kya problem hai aur iska kya solution hai..........

Hello, In your mother condition, she is suffering from dry eyes, this may be due to improper functioning of tear glands. These special glands are helpful to maintain moisture in eyes and helps in proper excretory function. There will be lubrication and proper functioning of eyes. If there is no proper secretion of tears, then there will not be lubrication in eyes. By this, there will be symptoms like light sensitivity, itching, redness, blurred vision, sometimes pain do occur. Alternative therapies like using internal and external medicines and some exercises may help to resolve this problem. Simple yoga and pranayama techniques are also very helpful. This is also considered as a gaining process and as menopausal symptoms, in some cases, rheumatoid arthritis also causes dry eyes. Though there are artificial tears and other surgeries in allopath, ayurvedic medicines are helpful to handle this problem. Consuming green leafy vegetables are helpful, even fibre rich food is also very helpful. Using Saptamrit Lauh is very helpful and drops like Opthacare eye drops are helpful.
