sir meri age 22yrs hai...last 5 years se main chasma phen raha hoo..per tv or computer k samay..meri eyes sight right(-5.00) and left (-3.25)hai ..plz koi medicine like eye drop ya tablet bataye jisse main appni eye frequency theek kar sakoo...badi problem hoti hai...help me sir
