Choroiditis or Uveitis: Uveitis is swelling and irritation of the uvea, the middle layer of the eye, if gets inflamed, it is called uveitis, and the posterior uveitis affects the back part of the uvea which involves choroid layer that contains blood vessels and connective tissues in the middle part of the eyt and this type of inflammation is called as choroiditis.

Uveitis is having many reasons where there is involvement of blood vessels and nerves that supply the eye caused by autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis, infections, or exposure to toxins may lead to this complaint.

Uveitis may associate with many diseases and with symptoms of Blurred vision, floating spots in vision, eye pain, photosensitivity, redness of eye etc.

In allopath, dark eyewear is recommended with eye drops that may contain steroids.

With the help of Indian system of medicines which includes ayurveda treatments, siddha medicines, and other alternative therapies such as yoga and pranayama which are very helpful. Classical ayurveda medicines can be used like using MARMA KASHAYAM, GANDHARVAHASTHADI KASHAYAM,**INDUKANTHAM KASHAYAM** medicines are helpful. Other medicines which are helpful to nourish the eye is like Saptamrit Lauh and Divya Amrit Rasayanis very helpful and drops like Opthacare eye drops

Triphala Gritham is also good medicine which acts as good eye tonic for external and internal usage. External Ayurveda Panchakarma treatment like Tarapana Treatment is very helpful with Triphala Gritham.

Yoga and pranayama should be done without giving strain to the eyes, you can do Tadasana and mild Trataka kriya in Vajrasana pose is very helpful.
