Eye Sight Problem 
I am abhinav 22 yrs, male, have a problem with the eye sight since last month. Doctors found the problem of myopia and with 0.5D and i am wearing specs now. I had perfect vision till last month, due to long hours at computer, given the problem. i have to appear an eye test after one & half month from now, can this problem be cured within this time with yoga or any other natural remedy. Please suggest medicines as well as exercises.

Hello, Due to over stress and kind of anxiety may lead to vision impairment or diminished vision in some individuals. As you mentioned that you have myopia and this may be due to long working hours with computer. You can improve your vision power with the help of ayurvedic medicines, siddha medicines, and other system of medicines along with yoga and pranayama. If there is any vitamin or nutritional deficiencies, this can be balanced with proper diet and supplements like vitamins, minerals, sources are like green leafy vegetables, butter, fiber-rich food juices, carrots, spinach, etc are very helpful. Fish oil is also good if you are following mixed diet. Even cucumber juice is also very helpful. There are certain eye exercises in yoga like candle light exercise, and yoga poses are very helpful. Ayurveda Panchakarma treatment like Tarpana treatment or Eye nourishment treatment with Triphala Ghee is found effective. Use Amla Juice.
