Hello, If the moles exists by birth cannot be removed with ayurvedic medicines or with any indigenous system apart from cosmetology procedures which are common now a days. If the moles or marks related to acne, this can be managed with Indian system of medicines such as ayurveda, siddha, and other medicines, personal care. Try to consume liquids and juices that contain antioxidants. To control this, you need to follow strict balanced diet and avoid oily foods, spicy foods, and deep fried items, roadside vender’s foods. Reduce mental strain and stress, anxiety. After identifying the root cause, you can undergo treatments. Consume any herbal juice once a day such as Aloe vera Juice, Amla Juice is very helpful.
