Hello, Skin complexion depends on various factors like climate, place, gender etc. usually, it is a coded process where pigmentation is fixed from genetic levels, and after which is the variation of complexion is disturbed or induced by external factors like longer exposure to sun or due to heavy works there may be changes in functioning of melanin pigments and if there is any disturbances or imbalances in electrolytes, nutritional disturbances, hormonal imbalances, it will become medical condition. Based on these factors, one should analyse the facts and plan for appropriate treatment depending on the condition. Even, if you are suffering from stress or anxiety, there may be changes in skin complexion. To improve or to maintain proper complexion and fairness of skin, you can consume plenty of fruit juices, and avoid spicy or oily foods, and include vegetables in your regular diet and add supplements like zinc sources, omega-3 fatty acids, etc. There are some herbal infusions such as mint, chamomile etc which are in the form of herbal teas.
