hello sir, since past 2 yrs i have developed lots of belly fat & fats on my back. i used to have 0 size figure before 1 n half yr. i had lots of oily & junk food. now i developed so much of belly fat that if i eat less also i feel like my tummy has come out more. i need to lose my fats. i feel a lot of hungry & i am very much tempted to food. pls help me to lose weight in 1 month for which i can do anything..

Hello,

As you mentioned that you have irregular food habits, that may be hampering your digestion and in turn you are having fat sediments underlying skin that is especially distributed around the tummy and thighs. This may lead to increased weight or overweight to obesity. This can be monitored through BMI.

As a first step, you need to follow proper diet, and avoid irregular foods and oily foods. By doing regular exercises, you can reduce fats. With the help of alternative medicines ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, Unani, naturopathy, and yoga and meditations you can reduce excess body fats.

Diet should be balanced and you can consume proper fiber-rich foods and include vegetables, fruits etc and avoid oily foods, spicy foods in excess. You can have liquid diet regularly, fluids like drinking water, ginger tea etc. you can have fruit juices like Apple, Water melon, Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, litchi etc are helpful and vegetables like Carrot, Asparagus, Cabbage, mint leaves, bitter gourd are also helpful.

There are some home tips like Honey can be used with Triphala churnam 1 tsp along with warm water. You can consume Divya Loki Juice, and you can take Ayurslim and weight balance medicine along with these medicines.
