In order to reduce side effects of medicine and hypothyroidism, one can manage weight gain, and other complaints with natural medicines or natural therapies. There are many methods to reduce weight, lethargy, and other problems with ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, and other system of medicines and therapies. You can consume some ayurvedic medicines such as Divya Kanchanar Guggulu, and Divya Medhohar Vati for internal usage. You can practice yoga and pranayama which include Sarvangasana, Matsyasana, Surya Namaskara, Pavanamuktasana, and following yoga mudra, and pranayama such as Ujjayai Pranayama and Nadi shodhan.
