Fertility

Probably, your case is infertility as your and your husband’s age is 41 and 44 respectively. As you may aware there are many causes for infertility. This may be related to organic causes, trauma, etc., and other set of cause will be male cause and female cause. As infertility is defined as inability to conceive after 1 year of unprotected intercourse.

It should be counted both for the man and the woman. So both male and female causes should be ruled out. In females usually there would be in organic disorders like obstructions or fibroids in uterus or female reproductive system, ovulation disorder, pelvic inflammatory diseases, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, etc. So you have to get confirmed that the status of your primary reproductive system is functioning well.

Male cause would be any sperm abnormality.

The combination of alternative therapies like ayurveda and other system of medicines may help to overcome from this problem.

In order to maintain healthy uterine function as well one has to follow strict regimens.

Use balanced, and rich fruits, vegetables, garlic, legumes and whole grains. Eating less sugar and white flour and avoid oily foods, spicy foods, will help to get rid from this problem. Consuming butter milk will help.

There are certain sets of yoga and pranayama where you can do under supervision if you are a beginner.

Suggested Yogasanas: Sarvagasana, Matsyasana, Suryanamaskara, Ardhmatsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, backward bending asanaa. The Ushtrasana and Pashchimottasana are more effective.

Suggested medications: Infertility medicine package is helpful along with Shatavari and Evecare can be taken.

For your husband, you can suggest him to consume ashwagandha Rasayanam.
