Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

The systolic blood pressure less than 90mm/Hg and the diastolic blood pressure less than 60mm/Hg is considered low blood pressure. Immediate treatment is recommended if the blood pressure is below 70/45 or 60/40mm/Hg. It could be due to neural, cardiac or harmonal changes. Please do regular checkups and consult your nearest doctor if there are any symptoms like fainting or dizziness.

Low blood pressure Ayurvedic medicine can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include figs, raisins, cinnamon, orange juice, nuts and prunes. Moderate amount of salt can be used as too much salt is not good. Reduce excess cold refrigerated foods, fried foods, canned foods and refined flour. Regular exercise or Yogasanas like utkadasana, navasana, ardha chakrasana, matsyasana, natarajasana, trikonasana and ardhchakrasana will be beneficial. Pranayamam like ujjayi, Kapalabhati, bhastrika, anuloma and viloma can be practised.
