sir My present age is 21. I am Male. My problem is related to weight gain sir my weight is very less it is 45 kg from 2 to 3 years. Sir please what to do for weight gain.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Weight gain is achieved by following healthy lifestyle with proper eating habits. It also follows a pattern linked to heredity. Harmonal changes, stress and inadequate sleep play a vital role in weight loss. Please start with the medicines and I shall guide you further based on the response to the medicines.

Medicines like Brhatchagaladi ghrit - 1tsp before food twice daily and Aswagandha churnam - 1tsp after food at bedtime can be taken for 6months to one year. Please review after taking for a month.

Include berries, avocados, nuts, mangoes, pappaya, dates, jack fruit, potatoes, meat soup, peanut butter, ghee and butter. Reduce excess spicy, pungent foods, canned foods, carbonated beverages and salt. Oil massages, exercise, good sleep and less stress will help you to improve weight.

Yogasanas like parvatsana, paschimottasana, trikonasana, halasana, supported sarvangasana, matsyasana, dhanurasana and pavanamuktasana are beneficial. Meditation and pranayamam will also support for a better health.
