Gaining height this question feed

I am 23 years old girl and my height is just 4 feet 10 inches. can my height increase at this stage? I read somewhere that by eating bamboo murabba, I can gain height. is that so? also, I want to know about divya vridhivadhika vati. is it for growth of body? what should I do for gaining height?

Hello,

The height increases from birth to certain age limit. Before puberty, the growth plates i.e the ends of long bones namely arms and legs are soft and the length can be increased. During puberty, the growth plates (Epiphysis) begin to solidify. Once they are solid (Epiphysis is fused), the growth stops. It varies with gender such as in Girls growth period starts at about age 11 and ends near age 18. In boys growth period starts at about age 13 and ends near age 21.

Since you are 23 years, your height issue may be due to some gene-related. However, proper diet and regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle will help to increase height. Include grains, fruits, vegetables, meat, beans, and fibre rich food. Consume calcium rich food items.

Avoid stress and anxiety. Vertical-Extension exercises such as games like basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, pull-ups etc.

Yogasanas and pranayama. There are certain asanas such as Padahastasan, Thadasana, Paschimottanasan, Chakrasana, Ustrasana, Ardha Chandrasana, Sasangasana etc are helpful.

Anuloma-viloma pranayama under trainer may help to increase height.

Himani Sona-chandi Chaywanprash , Divya Amrit Rasyana are helpful.
