Hello,

Depending on severity of gallstones and obstructions, there may be a chances of infections and in order to prevent infections, you may need to consume ayurvedic medicines, siddha, homeopathy, and other system of medicines which are helpful for preventing infections and the growth of stones.

To prevent infections, diet is very important as you may need to consume carrots, grapefruits, lemons, beets, and these fruits can be consume in the form of juices. Raw and cooked vegetables are also helpful, even consuming yogurt, olive oil can be used to cure infections.

There are some yoga poses and meditation which can be practiced well such as Vajrasana, Sarvangasana, Pawanmuktasana, Padma Asana, and Anuloma-viloma pranayama, which are helpful to prevent gall stones and to enhance liver function.

Since you have chronic complaint, there may be necessity of surgery if indicated.
