Hello,

The given complaints shows that due to indigestion, and due to irregular food habits, there may be chances of flatulence. The upward movement of gases is due to indigestion. If you are not able to follow proper timings of food intake and this may be in the form of belching.

There may be symptoms of discomfort, bloating, abdominal cramps, pain abdomen, and irregular bowel habits. There are other causes such as consuming any medications such antibiotics, eating food that is difficult to get digested, if you are intolerance of any food items such as lactose intolerance etc, mal-absorption, irritable bowel syndrome are the reasons.

Though there are preventive measures such as avoiding beans, potato, cabbage, and carbonated beverages etc, and try to follow proper food regimen and timings, chew food thoroughly, and slow eating is necessary, after eating if you eat for 15 minutes, this problem may get solved.

Apart from this you can consume few medicines such as, Using Amlaki that has to be consumed daily in the morning in the form of juice or powder form. Divya Avipattikar Choorna should be consumed weekly once about 5 gm at bed time with warm water for a week.

Udarkalp Choorna should be consumed 1 tsp with warm water before lunch and half an hour before dinner.

You can even consume Gaisantak tablets are useful.

You can consume white kind of pumpkin if it is fresh in the form of juice 50 ml per day preferably in the morning empty stomach by adding ½ tsp of honey.

For more details, you can contact us.

With regards,

Dr.Vijay.
