Hello,

Gastric complaints are usually do occur due to irregular food habits, increased intake of spicy foods, and oily foods. Even past history of gastric ulcers do cause the similar problem. Over stress also a cause for gastric related complaints.

With the help of ayurvedic medicines, siddha medicines, homeopath, yoga and meditation and following regular food habits are very useful to get rid from gastric complaints.

Proper balanced diet is very important. You need to chew the food properly. Proper timing should be followed. If there is much gas formation, there would be pressure towards chest.

Regular drinking of lukewarm water is recommended, Dates along with milk relieves constipation, Storing water for overnight in copper vessel and consuming in the morning (empty stomach) also helpful. You can consume Carrot juice and spinach juice. Avoid hot and spicy food and other foodstuffs that can aggravate bodily gas like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, okra, potatoes etc.

Yoga and meditation: Bhastrika Pranayama, Kapalabhati Pranayama, Uddiyana-Bandha, Agnisar Kriya, Mandukasana, etc are helpful.

You can use Package medicine for Gastric complaint, Gaisantak tablet are helpful.

You can also consume Udarasudham twice daily 30 ml after food.

For more details, you can contact us.

With regards, Dr.Vijay.
