iam 27 years old male working in qatar(gulf).iam suffering from gastric since 4 month,presently iam taking homeopathy medicine, but still iam not feeling better.symptoms are morning before > wakeup stommach pain,gas trouble,after wakeup iam going toilet& stool will loose & bright in colour.after toilet somach feeling like nousia or like indigestion. then after breakfast i will feelgas(bloating),burning,pain sometimes at lower stomach.after lunch immediatly i feel good&after 2 hours starting burnig,feeling to go toilet,feeling release gas from down side,but some times i could not relase gas.and after night it will be good. If i eat fried,oily,coffee,spicy foods,milk or dairy products the symptoms will be more please suggest me take ayurvedic medicine & dieting.please reply me....

Hello,

Gastric complaint is mainly due to irregular food habits for long term, indigestion, improper timings of food intake, consuming junk food items etc may also lead to gastric complaint. If there is any kind of irregularities as above mentioned, that has to be rectified in time.

You can follow few remedies at home such as consuming cucumber, green leafy vegetables, banana, boiled cooled milk, cabbage juice, onions, radish, cumin seeds boiled in water are helpful.

With the help of alternative therapies, you can get it rectified easily. Ayurvedic medicines, homeopathy medicines, Yoga and pranayama are helpful.

Yoga and pranayama such as Sarvanagasana, Vajrasana, Suryanamaskara, Salabhasana, Shavasana, Pranayamas like Bhastrika Pranayama, Shitali pranayama, Shitkari pranayama, Jallundhar Bandha are useful.

Ayurvedic medicine for gastric complaints are Amlaki to be taken daily in the morning.

Gastric Medicine Package and Kutajarist 30 ml should be consumed after food.

Gasiantak tablet is also very useful medicine.

Meanwhile follow strict diet and follow proper timing of food intake.
