General Weakness

Hello Sir,
I does not feel energetic. After sleep i feel pain in my neck and head. Even i can not bend. having dark circles too. Please suggest.
I was practicing YOGA last 6 years but due to certain reasons i did not continue. But now when i want to start YOGA again fall sick. Please suggest what are the reason for it.
