Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Gout is seen due to the increased uric acid which causes inflammation of the joints. Medicines can be taken to reduce the uric acid and it will reduce the inflammation in the joints minimising the pain.

Healthy lifestyle with regular exercise will improve the flexibility of the joints. Regular checkups will be helpful to asses the improvement.

Ayurvedic medicines like Punarnavadi Kvath- 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Gokshuradi guggulu-2tablets twice daily before food and Rhukot tablet - one tablet after food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include cumin, cherries, barley, gokshura, kokilaksha, turmeric and coriander. Reduce excess carbonated beverages, sweets, meat, chicken, organ meats, asparagus, cauliflower, mushroom, yeast, peas, fish, oil and spinach. Drink enough water, take good rest and try to keep your weight under control which will support for a better recovery. Please check the uric acid after a month and let me know to guide you further.
