Hello, Unwanted hair growth in females is mainly due to hormonal imbalance such as thyroid related complaints, ovarian cysts, or tumors, if there is any kind of malfunctioning of adrenal glands, etc. Estrogen levels also plays main role. After identifying the cause one has to undergo treatment. In allopath treatment there are few techniques for unwanted hair removal like Laser treatment, electrolysis technique etc, those are sometimes become side effects. Turmeric face packs are found effective. Turmeric and green gram powder along curds, paste should be prepared and apply on the face.
