Ayurvedic treatment for preventing hair loss is usually a combination of herbs, diet, meditation, yoga, breathing, aromatherapy, and oil massage. In order to preserve the health of your hair, you need to drink 1/3rd cup of aloe vera juice. Instead of this, you can also take 1 tbsp of aloe vera gel with a pinch of cumin thrice a day for 2-3 months. Diet: White sesame seeds can be consumed internally about 10gms because they contain sufficient amounts of magnesium and calcium that are essential for the growth of your hair. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, and sprouts in your diet. Consume enough proteins, yeast, wheat germ, buttermilk, consume some yogurt, whole grains, nuts, soya beans, and milk. Moderate intake of vitamins. Decrease the consumption of alcohol. Consume the foods that contain sulfur, zinc, vitamin-B complex, vitamin C and essential fatty acids. Keep your scalp clean as far as possible, wash your hair every alternate day and apply conditioner at least once in a week. Avoid using any harsh chemicals and many styling products to prevent hair loss. Massage your hair with lavender oil, lavender oil has been proved to promote hair growth significantly. Boil neem leaves in water, cool and strain this water.
