Hello, Dandruff and hair fall are mainly due to unhygienic conditions, stress, pollution etc. If you are having any nutritional deficiencies that should be corrected well. If you are using chemical based shampoos or oils, then you need to avoid which may be not suitable for you. Follow regular balanced diet, avoid consuming excessive spicy foods, oily foods, etc. If there is any kind of emotional stress or anxiety, then you need to avoid that too by doing yoga and meditation. Local hygiene is very important. Avoid harsh shampoos, hair creams. You can prefer herbal shampoos which are mild. If there is any kind of gastrointestinal complaints, that has to be rectified as hyperacidity also lead to hair fall or dandruff. There should be proper nourishment to the hair roots. Balanced diet is very important. You can do Yogasanas like suryanamaskara, Vajrasana, Pawanmuktasana, sarvangasanam, and anuloma-viloma pranayama are helpful. You can use few herbal drinks like Divya Amla Juice, and Rasayana like Divya Amrit Rasayanam are useful medicines. Regular application of Divya Kesh Taila, and Hair Loss cream is good.
