Hello, As your age is 21 years, there is possible premature hair fall and thinning of hair which is happening due to stress and anxiety. If there is no proper diet or irregular food habits, heavy workload, there may be chances of hair fall. Even thinning of hair is due to lack of nutrition and if hair roots are not strong and not getting proper nutrients, there may be chances of hair fall and thinning of hair and split hair. After analysing all factors, one should undergo proper line of treatment along with well-balanced diet which is very important. Usually hair fall will be minimum to moderate in youth those who are working in polluted cities and those who are facing stress and heavy workload may not take care of their hair. If there is no proper hygienic measures, hair fall may occur.
