Hair loss problem 
Hello, I am facing problem of hairloss since past 4-5 years, I have lost lots of hairs as well, I have tried out Homeopathy as well, I tried it for 2 years but it did not help. can Ayurvedic medicines help me regenerate lost hairs and help my problem of hair loss. Please specify some medicines,and minmum time it requires for regrowth of hairs using those medicines.

Hello and greetings from myyog.com. Hair loss is very common problem and most of the patients must have spent a huge amount on the treatment of hair fall. Both, male and females are equally affected by hair fall but only males reach to the extent of baldness. Nutritional deficiencies, pollution, dandruff, over use of chemically prepared hair cosmetic products and genetic factors are most common reasons for hair fall. We recommend you to avoid using strong shampoos and hair cosmetics like hair colors, dyes and shampoos. Increase water intake up to four liters a day. Take nutritional and timely meals. i too use the oils and shampoos of baba ramdevji on a regular basis. Do not use any other commercial products. It has reduced or controlled by hair fall tremendously. However I have 60% grey hair which i colour. I am allergic to amla or anything citrous so my intake of amla is none. Is there any other way to create more melanin in the body to give lusterous natural black colour to the hair ? I am just 34yrs old!! posted by frustratedsoul on 5 January 2010 20:02
