Hand and legs pain due to Arthritis 
My mother (50yrs old) suffering from both hands and legs pain from past six months
(approx). We went to doctor for treatment, doctor gives few medicines for 30 days and he call for routine checkup 15 days latter during treatment. after 15 days we ask the main problem of pain(becoz before he did not tell about disease ) then he saying that this diases is arthritis.
Please help us for right way treatment.

Hello, Arthritis means inflammation of a joint or joints and they are mainly of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or gout, showing the symptoms like pain, redness, swelling and stiffness. The pain in legs and hands facing by you may be due to osteoarthritis. There are many causes like hereditary, age factor, trauma, obesity, and other factors. One should follow balanced diet and avoid consuming excess coffee, sugar, yoghurt, tea etc. You can consume fruit juices, soups, green salads, and cooked vegetables etc. Regular intake of juices like oranges and vitamin C fruits etc can be consumed. In ayurveda, we believe that the pains and osteoarthritis is due to excess vitiated vata. One can consume ayurvedic medicines for this complaint. For external applications Divya Pidantak taila and for internal usage Rheumartho Gold and Rheumartho are useful medicines. Panchakarma treatments like Janu basti is very useful.
