As you are suffering from testicular swellings which is called as hydrocele and is explained as the accumulation of fluid in the sac which testicle, this happens when there is disturbance of layers or tunics. The cause would be trauma, or injury, other causes like too much pressure or constipation may lead to hydrocele. In few cases when an individual work in extreme hot climates, there may be chances of hydrocele. However, after getting proper diagnosis from allopath doctor, you need to go for necessary surgery if indicated, however, if you want to avoid surgery, you need to take care of that by following preventive measures. Wearing soft comforts. There are alternative remedies such as ayurvedic medicine, homeopathy, siddha, and other system of medicines which are helpful. Following sitz bath is helpful. Avoid habits if any such as smoking or alcohol or tobacco chewing etc. Following medicines are helpful such as Hydrocele Ayurvedic Medicines which contains the following medicines which are used internally and for external usage such as Vriddhivadika Vati, Punarnvadi Mandur, Kanchnar guggul for inflammation and to reduce swelling. Punarnavarisht twice daily after food and dosage of 30 ml. Application of Dashanglep on affected parts are helpful.
