Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

As your 64-year-old father is suffering from diabetes since more than 25 years, and he is the person who is most likely to get the complications of diabetes which I think has already manifested, that is nephropathy where his kidneys are working weak. So, our goal as an ayurvedic doctor is to provide healthy functioning of kidneys with natural remedies and where he may use certain herbs which are safer to use such as wheatgrass juice which is good and as you are seeking information regarding Triphala Juice which is good to continue and this will relieve constipation too. Avoid consuming excess protein rich food and balance your diet by cutting down salted nuts or oily foods, and spicy foods which may aggravate the problem. You can practice regular pranayama which assist you to gain mental stability.

With regards,

Dr. Vijay.
