alarsin company says that for enlarged benign prostate i can take BANGSHIL plus FORTEGE.
i have a problem of benign enlarged prostate . especially in the nights i have to for urin about three times and i have trouble in containing the urine once i think of it.
Whether it is safe to take these medicines. i am male 72 years old

Alarsin Fortege is a wonderful tablet, it really works fast. Around two years I was suffering from immunity problem due diabetics and it was only 19% fertility. After taking many medications there was no improvement in my fertility, my friend suggested this tablet, infact he is one of the beneficiar.
Within one month I got the result of this tablet. Now my wife is pregnant.
I suggest this tablet for all who is suffering from fertility problem.

You can take Nirgundi beej churnam for infertility. But it is not commonly used. It acts on the pituitary gland and increases the production leutinising harmone which will trigger ovulation.
