Depending on the age, and other factors like diet and nutrition, lifestyle, there are chances of getting osteoarthritis and nowadays, most of the young generation also getting prearthritic changes in their joints due to poor eating habits, and irregular lifestyle, and due to developing habits like smoking, alcohol or even drugs. Overall, if you have similar habits or irregular lifestyle, then there is possibility that you are getting joint pains that happens if some errors takes place in joint component like ligaments and meniscal layers involvement and as discussed reduction in synovial fluid may lead to pre-osteoarthritis, or osteoarthritis condition.
You need to change your eating habits if you are following irregular food habits. Morning you need to have proper breakfast and try to avoid spicy foods, oily foods, and try to follow healthy diet and include healthy nuts like walnuts, badam soaked in water for 6 hours, even fruits also will help you and reduce the tamarind usage.
Following medicines are helpful in your condition such as R Compound, Shallaki Capsules, Yoga Raja Guggulu one-one tablet is recommended. For external application you can use Mahavishagarbha Tel and give local steam or towel fomentation.
You can practice Yoga and Pranayama and if your knees are painful, then avoid Padmasana, or any type of sitting postures or knee bending postures.
