Hi, my dad have mild prostatomegaly @ age 76. 3 yrs before suffered from mouth cancer and operated successfully... Clinical profile: increase frequency of mictutation with giddiness. operated case of carcinoma buccal mucasa. prostate is enlarged in size, volume 27mm. measuring 39 x 37 x 35 mm.no focal lesion noted. A 28mm sized simple cyst is noted in lower pole of right kidney. another 12 mm sized simple cyst is noted in upper pole of left kidney. gall bladder is well destinded.no evidence of calcui. the CBD is normal.kidneys are normal in size.slpleen & pancreas are normal.liver is normal.no ascites or limphadenopathyurinary bladder is wel distended and appears normal. blood /sugar reports are normal....feeling weakness. no difficulty in passing urine. Frequent need to urinate Increased frequency of urination at night (nocturia) Urgent need to urinate please suggest... is it serious problem? it can be cure?
