Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Umbilical hernia - Once it happens it cannot be cured with ayurvedic medicine or yoga. Only option to get rid of this problem is surgery, but surgery may be necessary or not necessary depending on ones condition. So the if your bally button's mass or bulge is coming out then it is better to for surgery so one does not face strangulated hernia condition. Once hernia becomes strangulate then its blood supply stops and can results in gangrene. The mass coming out from your bally bottom will become blue or red.
