Please let me know the investigations including your lipid profile to guide your further. The atheromatous changes in the blood vessels increases the risk of block in the arteries. Please do have regular checkups and continue with the advised allopathy medicines.

Ayurvedic medicines like Arjuna kwath, Divya Hridyamrit Vati and Divya Mukta Vati can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include flax seeds, pepper, horse gram, ginger, fennel, garlic, cardamom, goose berry, celery and grapes. Reduce excess meat, canned foods, carbonated drinks, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea and pungent spicy food. Pranayamam, meditation and yogasanas like Padmasana, Shaskasana, Dhanurasana, Shavasana and Mandookasana will be beneficial to practise everyday.

Hello, Coronary artery disease (CAD)m or ischemic heart disease include all cardiac problems related to the blocked arteries. the cardinal symptom are chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder and later. The blocked arterioles leads to depletion of blood flow to the heart causes ischemia of the myocardial cells causing the same to be damaged and heart muscle death later. Chronic high-grade stenosis of the coronary arteries leads to the induction of a ventricular arrhythmia. Ayurvedic medicines recommended for you are- 1.Kaishor guggul- 1 tablet thrice a day with luke warm water after meals. 2.triphala rasayan- 1 tablespoon with luke warm milk at bedtime. 3.lashun adi vati- 2 tablet twice a day with luke warm water before meals. 4.mrigamadasava- 30ml in equal amount of water after meals 5.arjuna churan- 1 tablespoon with milk at bedtime. Yogic exercises like ardhmatsyendra asan, shalabhasan, padmasan,vajrasan are highly recommended to burn calories thereby prevents the artery clogging further. In diet fat products like groundnut oil,buffalo dairy products, alcohol, smoke should be avoided completely. Intake of water, oats,soya products,fresh vegetables should be encouraged. Maintaining the blood pressure levels with in limits is highly recommended.
