There are less chances for height growth at the age of 25 years. As there is a special mechanism of height growth this may vary from age to age, sex.

As there are different growth spurts depending on puberty, such as in infancy, between the age of six and eight, and adolescence. A proper diet and health care during these spurts can have dramatic effect on the height growth.

Before puberty, the growth plates in the ends of long bones namely arms and legs are soft and the length can be increased. During puberty, these growth plates begin to solidify. Once they are solidify, the growth stops.

Gender wise this is explained in Girls as the fastest growth period starts at about age 11½ and ends near age 18 and in boys, the fastest growth period starts at about age 13½ and ends near age 20.

The diet exercise and lifestyle can dramatically influence height during spurts before growth plates are fused. However you can consume balanced nutrition and food must include sufficient amounts of Vitamin D to help absorb Calcium in making bones Engage in Vertical-Extension exercises like playing basketball, Volleyball, Swimming, pull-ups etc.

Some Yoga poses like Padahastasan, Paschimottanasan, Chakrasana, Sasangasana, Ardha chakrasana, Ustrasana etc are recommended.
