Hello madam,

There are many causes and factors for miscarriages. Even psychological factors also plays major role for the same complaint.

In your case, you need to rule out the cause by consulting a specialist. Meanwhile, you may depend on some alternative therapies to overcome this problem. However, we suggest some therapies and this information may help you for the given complaint.

In order to maintain healthy uterine function as well as reproductive function, you need to follow diet, include more fruits and vegetables, or follow a vegetarian diet.

Other recommendations include diets rich in fruits, vegetables, garlic, legumes and whole grains. Eating less sugar and white flour will help to get rid from this problem. Consuming butter milk will help.

Suggested Yogasanas: Sarvagasana, Matsyasana, Ardhmatsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Surya namaskar, Ushtrasana and all backward bending asana are recommended but they should be try under the supervision of an expert. The Ushtrasana and Pashchimottasana are more effective.

Suggested medications: Infertility medicine package is helpful along with Shatavari and Evecare can be taken.

For further doubts, feel free to ask,

With regards, Dr.Vijay.
