As you are in positive stage of viral hepatitis B, there nothing to do in bringing in to negative state. However, if you are carrier state, there will be not be hazardous situation. In order to enhance proper liver functioning, you can depend on alternative therapies such as ayurveda medicines, homeopathy, siddha, and other system of medicines along with yoga and meditation.

You need to follow diet and avoid certain food items wherever necessary such as oily foods, Non-vegetarian food, icecreams, spicy foods, Cakes or pastries or candies, sugar based drinks etc.

Take adequate rest, avoid excessive heat, and stress. Avoid excessive physical exertions.

Try to consume Green leafy vegetables, Dry fruits like dried dates, almonds and cardamom etc, lemon.

Aloevera Juice. Amla juice, and Solanum Nigrum are useful.

Yoga and pranayama: Anuloma-Viloma pranayama. Matsya asana, suryanamaskara are beneficial.
