Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Please let me know the type of hepatitis to guide you further. If the reports are normal, you can take medicines to strengthen the liver. You must do regular checkups as advised. Hepatitis A and E are spread through contaminated food and water and Hepatitis B, C and D are spread through parenteral contact with body fluids. So please maintain proper hygienic measures to prevent the spread of hepatitis.

Package for Hepatatitis can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include garlic, ginger, radish leaves, coriander, bottle gourd, buttermilk, coriander, turmeric and asafoetida. Reduce excess canned foods, spicy foods, fried foods, meat, refrigerated foods, sugar, raw salads and salt. Regular exercise, yogasanas and meditation will be beneficial for a better physical and mental health.

Hello, HBsAg is surface antigen for hep B virus. It indicates hepatitis B infection.Hepatitis B is a viral infection of liver causing liver swelling and liver infection. It can be acute and chronic, and can be mild and severe.Transfer of virus occur through transfer of fluids i.e. skin pores, body fluids or sexual genetalia.ayurveda as such has no medication to cure hepatitis B or to remove the virus from body but ayurvedic medicines help in stregthening the immune system and improvise the metabolism of body. Ayurvedic medicines recommended are as follows- 1.yakritpliha churan-It improves the liver and spleen functioning thereby helps in recovering from hepatitis. 1 tablespoon twice a day with luke warm water after meals. 2.arogya vardhini vati-1 tablet thrice a day with luke warm water after meals 3.punarnava mandur-1 tablet thrice a day after meals with luke warm water. 4.Mix akik pishti +mukta pishti and kam dudha ras in equal amount and take 5gm of mixture with luke warm water after meals. As you are suffering from hepatitis and you are under medicines. It is good to hear that you do not have any liver abnormalities. However, you concern is regarding intercourse. If you are in carrier stage, there may be possibility of spreading infection to your partner and pregnant women can pass the virus to the newborn. So, it is up to you to decide whether to proceed to have kids or not. It is clearly understood that Hepatitis B can be transmitted through unprotected intercourse without the use of a condom, sharing any personal injecting equipment or tattoo and body piercing equipment. A woman who is a carrier may pass the infection to her baby during childbirth.

With regards,

Dr. Vijay.

Dr.Ramani Says:- The Anti Mullerian Harmone which is more than 1.0 ng/ml is considered as normal. So your level is not in the very lower range to affect fertility. The AMH levels will not indicate the quality of the eggs.
