Hello, There are many reasons of variations in blood pressures depend on age, stress factors. As you mentioned that in spite of consuming medicines she is apparently having high blood pressure. Hence one should thoroughly analyze the root causes and mental faculty of an individual and for the reasons of her high blood pressure. However, one should not stop allopath medicines, and meanwhile, you can ask her to depend on Indian system of medicines such as ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, Unani and alternative therapies such as yoga and pranayama etc will help to maintain blood pressure. If she is capable to do yoga, then you can advise her to follow Yoga and Pranayama such as Anuloma-viloma pranayama Bhramari pranayama, Sarvangasanam, Ujjayai pranayama, Vajrasana , Sukhasana,etc under proper guidance.
