Home remedies for headaches 

Home remedies:

Headaches do occur due to many reasons like stress, anxiety, any kind of illness, hypertension, sinusitis, etc. In general, there are certain home remedies which are very helpful to control and prevent bouts of headache s. However, chronic headaches should be taken care by consulting a physician as needed.

1. Cinnamon paste is applied over forehead for reducing headache.

2. Sandalwood paste is also very helpful for controlling headaches.

3. Herbal teas like using cumin, coriander seeds, ginger, clove are helpful.

4. Massaging by coconut oil, almond oil, eucalyptus oil, rosemary oil is also very helpful.

5. If the headache is caused due to gas bloating, or gastric disorders, lemon tea is also helpful to control such types of headaches.

6. In chronic headaches, fresh apple consumption daily in the morning is useful.

7. Adding ½ teaspoon of honey in lukewarm water and consumed in morning is also helpful to control headaches.

8. Water melon juice and water melon seeds is also helpful to cure headaches.

9. Applying warm paste of dry ginger prepared with raw milk over forehead is also helpful.

These remedies acts as symptomatic relief, and one should take care for migraine headaches and chronic headaches with medicines also.
