How to improve vision

hello sir m 20 years old female....i have poor vision for 8 years....m myopic wid -4.5(rht eye) and -4(left eye) ...i regularly wear spectacles...but now i want to correct my eyesight as i'll be appearing for airforce in 5 months....i took eyedrops and some amla churna frm pantjali 1 month regularly...and do anulom vilom(1 hour), kapalbhati(20 mins) daily.....wot do u suggest ....how can i improve my vision in such a short span ?,.......is it possible?/
