Hydrocele is a testicular disorder where there will be fluid collection in scrotum from abdominal cavity and this may be due inguinal hernia or due many other factors like chronic constipation or injury etc. One should consider all factors and appropriate treatment should be taken. Usually, in ayurveda, medications are herbal or herbo-mineral which can be consumed internally and even for external usage which is helpful. These medicines help to reduce systemic fluid collections in particular points or generalized swellings and indirectly testicular swellings will come down. However, one should take preventive measures by avoiding strenuous exercises, and if you have constipation or any related complaints, you can consume medicines and get relieved from that. Following medicines are helpful such as Divya Saptavimshati guggulu, Divya Vriddhivaadhika Vati are useful medicines for your complaint. You can wear appropriate support for hydrocele to avoid further injuries and sitz bath is found effective for the same illness. You can use Triphala Churna for the same purpose. Avoid strenuous exercises and avoid lifting weights.
