Hyperacidity and fatty liver this question feed

From few months I feel hyperacidity and I also have fatty liver, my problem is that burn feeling in the neck with vomiting feeling, and some little bit cough feel inside the neck, please give some advise so I feel comfort for this major problem, i am waiting for a reply with good advise and medicine for prevention.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Liver is also responsible for the metabolism and digestion. As with fatty liver there will be deposition of fat cells in the liver which will affect its function. But if there is minimal change like in grade 1 with a mild fatty infiltration, further progression can be controlled with healthy life style changes. Medicines which help to reduce the hyperacidity and improve your digestion will reduce the symptoms and improve the function of the liver.

Medicines like Indu kantha kasayam - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Liverex Tablet for liver, Agastya Rasayanam - 1tsp after food twice daily will help to improve the digestion, reduce the phlegm and reduce the symptoms of hyperacidity.

Include goose berry, oranges, grape fruit, avocados, garlic, turmeric, spinach, cucumber, bottle gourd. Reduce excess oil, sugar, fat, coffee, tea, carbonated beverages and salt. Practise Yogasanas like Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, Matsyendrasana, Janusirsasana, Vajrasana, Halasana, Shalabhasana which will help to improve the function of the liver and control your weight also.

Hello sir/mam, Hyperacidity and fatty liver are due to pitta prakop. I want to know did you take alcohol, or do you smoke ? If yes then stop it now as it will increase your problem and also medicines wont work. Take following medicines: 1. Sutshekhar vati- two tablets three times a day with warm water. 2. Arogyavardhini vati– two tablets three times a day with warm water. 3. Panchasav – two tablespoon three times a day. 4. Livomap- two tablets three times a day. Take very light diet without oil, ghee, spices. Use less salt in food. Take moong dal kichadi, dal rice, chapatti made up of wheat, or bhakari of jwar, In diet you can do yogasanas like padmasan, bhadrasan, vajrasan, gomukhasan, ardhamatsyendrasan, pacchimottanasan, pavanmuktasan, sarvangasan, halasan, yogmudra, matsyasan , dhanurasan, shalabhasan.
