sir, I had been operated on 15 nov. 2013, for total abdominal hysterectomy. I wann to know the yoga asanas i can do, and also wann to reduced the tummy. Right know I am ok but I heard that after this opt women gain the weight. so pls let me know the remedies, medicines and yoga aasanas and pranayam. In hysterectomy they removed utrus, cervix ovaries fallopian tubes.

Usually after hysterectomy, there are possibilities of change in abdominal shape due to some factors like improper fatty distribution, however in or to maintain fitness and to control or prevent weight gain, one can start doing exercises and special diet plans that will help to control weight and maintain proper shape Even there are hormonal imbalances that causes weight gain. So, keeping this in mind one has to follow some medications that assist you to control weight. However you can perform your physical exercises and yoga gradually and vigorously and even you can join gym. In ayurveda there are treatments like Udwarthana which is very helpful for your condition where there is powder massage being performed to control weight. You can consume Triphala Guggulu and Medohar vati twice daily after food which is helpful for your condition.

You can be on fiber rich food that helps to maintain proper metabolism and maintain low fat diet and consume less spicy foods and sour food items and consume plenty of water to maintain tonicity of your skin.

You can perform Suryanamaskar, and Sarvangasana which are helpful for your condition. In order to avoid post surgical stress, you can practice pranayama relieves your stress and anxiety conditions.

Maintain stable timing of your food intake based on your appetite.
