I am suffering with piles, help me 
i have piles from 2 years and it is in second stage. some time bleeding happens when i go to motion. some times in the starting and some times after motion blood will come. i am having pain. so i came to know that using Divya Arshakalp Vati and constipation reliever medicine, piles will be cured. so please tell me the address where should i get these medicines and how much it costs. i stay in india, hyd.

Hello, As you are suffering from that is of second degree where there is involvement of anal sphincters, and due to chronic constipation, you may be suffering from this problem. As combined therapies are necessary, it may take time and you need patience and strict diet is very much indicated. If there is any kind of irregularities in diet and chronic constipation may lead to certain complications. With the help of ayurvedic medicines, there is good chances of healing the system. Some vegetables like Yam vegetable, Suran is found effective. If there is excess bleeding, sugarcane juice with Triphala Churna is helpful. Yoga and pranayama are helpful such as vajrasana, sarvangasana etc. Suggested medications: Triphala Churna and Kutajavaleh are helpful medicines. Consuming Abhayaristam and Durlabarishtam in dosage of 30 ml after food is indicated. As you are mentioning bleeding complaint, you can use the following medicines such as Ashokaristham and Abhayaristam twice daily 30 ml after food by diluting the medicine with equal amount of water.
